What are your hours of operation?
We are open from 7am to 10pm every day, Monday through Sunday. The last wash is at 8:30. Holiday hours vary.
Do customers need to bring their own detergent and fabric softener?
You can bring your own detergent and fabric softener, or we also sell detergents, dryer sheets, bleaches, and laundry bags for your convenience.
How many machines do you have, and what sizes are they?
We have a variety of machine sizes to suit your needs:
- 2 washers with a 75-pound capacity
- 11 washers with a 40-pound capacity
- 20 washers with a 20-pound capacity
- 32 dryers with a 30-pound capacity
Is there free Wi-Fi available at the laundromat?
Yes, we provide free Wi-Fi for our customers.
Is your laundromat clean and well-maintained?
Our laundromat is clean, bright, and safe. We have security cameras installed to ensure the safety of our patrons.
Are children allowed at the laundromat?
Yes, children are welcome at our laundromat. We have TVs available that our staff will gladly turn to cartoons to help keep your little ones entertained while you take care of the laundry.
How do I report an issue with a machine?
If you encounter any issues with a machine, please inform the employee on duty.
Do you offer pickup and delivery services?
We do not currently offer pickup and delivery services, but we plan to introduce them soon.
Are your machines coin-operated, or do you accept credit or debit cards?
For now, our machines are coin-operated only.
